• If ordering a branded item which we dont happen to stock, we will have to order it in and then dispatch it to you, hence delivery usually takes 2-3 working days.

• If ordering oversized items such as shower enclosures, baths, bathroom furniture this requires pallet delivery which will take between 3-5 working days.
