Quality and Design:

At Ergonomic Designs we believe that good quality and design need not have a high designer-label price tag and although there are cheaper products on the market than us many are not made for the European market and have significant disadvantages. Please see our technical drawings and pictures to see the quality of our products.

Guarantees:

All our Ergonomic Designs thermostatic shower valves come with a long guarantee of 10 years and our other products come with a minimum 1 year guarantee and up to 10 years for our underfloor heating products.

For your peace of mind we offer a 7 day money back guarantee if you change your mind and want to return the goods (goods must not have been used).

Stock:

All the Ergonomic Designs products are in stock and will be despatched to you on next working day delivery (UK only) provided your order is received before 2pm. Larger items which have to go on a pallet for protection will take 2-5 days
