Get help, with our shower jets FAQ
Q. What are shower jets?
A. Shower jets are either individual, or sets, of massage jets. Designed to create a massaging effect, shower jets are an added luxury available to be purchased on their own or as part of some of our concelaed shower sets.
Q. Why should I choose shower jets?
A. Shower jets are an extra feature and added touch of luxury for your shower. Offering a spa like quality these items can be fitted as a set or individually depending upon your preference. Just bear in mind that you will need a high pressure system offering somewhere in excess of 2 bars of pressure in order to get the fullest massage experience. Anything less than this and the water is likely to dribble out the jets, or you may find that the last jet in the series doesn't work properly.
Q. What style should I go for?
A. This is down to look you are trying to create. Square, round, flush, long and oval - the list goes on. Mainly catering to the modern look (massage jets weren't widely available in the victorian era!), but other than that there are lots of different shapes and styles to choose from.
Q. Will I need anything else to go with my shower jets?
A. You will need a controlling valve as with any outlet and fittings and fixtures, pipework etc will not be included - speak to your installer aboutany requirements.
Q. Are shower jets suitable for use in a cloakroom bathroom?
A. This will probably be a no as to be small enough to be classed as a cloakroom bathroom there wouldn't be enough space to install a bath or shower enclosure so there would be no use for a shower.
