Do you have a show room?

Yes we do have a showroom. It is open Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm excluding bank holidays. we are located in Northampton - please see contact us for our full address


Is my item in stock?

We always do our best to keep stock levels up to date but it is not always possible. It is always best to call us before purchasing so we can confirm that the item is available.


What is included?

Everything that is listed within the advert that you are looking at. Some adverts show images with things like taps that may not be included. Always check the advert or if you are unsure give us a call.


What happens if I need to return my item?

We would hope that all of our customers will be happy with their purchases, but if you do need to return items to us you can do so within 14 days as long as the items are in their original condition and packaging, uninstalled, boxed within a box, with a copy of your invoice and a note to explain why you are returning to us. We would also always recommend that you send items back tracked. Please note that for some branded items the seal will need to be unbroken for us to be able to accept a return. For larger items such as enclosures please contact us if you need to return as we will need to arrange collection.


When will my order be delivered?

If the items are in stock, most deliveries will take place within 1-5 working days, but it does depend on the item, manufacturer and your post code so always call to confirm.


How and when will be refunded?

If you have returned items to us please allow up to 14 working days for the refund to be processed. You will be refunded via your original method of payment.


What should I do if my item(s) arrive damaged?

Every care will be taken by our courier teams to ensure that your items arrive in perfect condition. But occasionally accidents do happen and if an item does happen to be damaged on arrival please inform us immediately. If you have refused the delivery you just need to call to inform us, and advise us as to whether you would like us to provide a replacement or refund you in full. If you have accepted the delivery please take a clear photo of the damage and email it to us, stating whether you would like us to collect and replace, or collect and refund you in full.


Can I order from you if I live outside the UK?

unfortunately due to unforeseen issues we cannot currently deliver outside of mainland uk.
